Home Inspections
A home inspection is usually ordered by a home buyer. A home inspection is a visual evaluation of the major structural and mechanical components of a home, identifying current conditions that may effect the value of a home, putting a home buyer in a better, decision making position.
Termites Inspections
Often required buy home mortgage lenders. A termite inspection determines weather or not your home or business is currently infested or has previously been infested with wood destroying insects and or organisms, ie; termites, carpenter ants and fungi. Additionally, identifies damage they may have caused.
Water Testing
If your home or business has a well, you should consider testing your water for Chemicals, Bacteria and lead. Often this test is required by a mortgage lender. Typically, water is not tested if supplied by the city.
Septic Inspections
Septic systems can be very expensive to replace. A thorough Septic inspection may identify a condition that could cost thousands of dollars to repair. In addition to evaluating the functionality of drainage flow, a thorough septic inspection looks at the condition of the septic tank, the baffles in the septic tank and the general condition of the drain field.
Mold Inspections
Residential or Commercial, Mold can be a major health concern, especially for people with existing respiratory problems. This is a visual inspection of a property to determine the presence of mold or mold like substances. Should mold be detected, additional testing is generally required to determine the quantity and quality of the mold.
Indoor air Quality testing
Are you experiencing unexplained respiratory problems in your home or the work place. An Air Quality Test identifies the quality and quality of mold and or allergen spores present in the air you breath.
Commercial Inspections
A base line property condition assessment typically ordered by an Investor or Investment group. Inspections vary dependent on client needs.
4 Point Inspections
This type of inspection is often required by an insurance company before they will issue a homeowners insurance policy for a home that is 30 to 35 years of age or older. This inspection evaluates 4 major components of a home; ROOF, HVAC, ELECTRICAL, and PLUMBING.
Wind Mitigation inspections
With this inspection it is possible to substantially lower the premiums you pay for the wind portion of your homeowners insurance or building insurance. This inspection identifies attributes of your home or building that lower the probability of damage due to high wind or hurricane situations.
